Steven Loomis

Steven Loomis joined Team Tarle in October 2023 and practices out of Tarle Law’s Austin, Texas office. Steven has represented clients throughout the state in cases involving construction claims, commercial litigation, bodily injury, premises liability, commercial trucking, employment, and insurance law.

He graduated from college with a degree in Economics, and then attained his law degree from Baylor Law School, cum laude, in 1995. Since then, he has specialized in civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance defense. He has handled many trials all over Texas in both state and federal courts.

As a certified mediator, Steven understands both the value of negotiations, as well as the best way to handle those negotiations as a plaintiff or defendant to achieve a consensus and avoid unnecessary costs for both sides.
