Marisa Moore is a paralegal in our Carlsbad, CA office and joined Team Tarle in July 2016. She grew up in the shore town of Toms River, New Jersey and graduated from Penn State University in 1995. Thereafter, she moved to California to attend and graduate law school. Thereafter, Marisa spent 12 years as a defense attorney specializing in defending doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice actions.
In 2013, Marisa made the transition from attorney to paralegal and joined Tarle Law after spending three years as a secretary/paralegal at a defense firm in Solana Beach, California. As part of her paralegal services, Marisa prepares medical record summaries in accordance with her medical malpractice defense experience. Marisa also prepares summaries of discover responses and depositions in addition to other paralegal services such as drafting discovery responses and pleadings.
Marisa resides in Vista, California with her husband Geoff. They are fond of Hawaii, sports cars and German Shepherds.
