Donna Knott

Donna M. Knott joined Team Tarle in May 2017 and began her paralegal career over three decades ago after completing the ABA approved Paralegal Program at the University of San Diego. Over the years, she has focused on civil litigation, and insurance defense litigation, with emphasis in construction defect, representing major, nationwide developers and general contractors. Donna also has experience in personal injury litigation working on behalf of defendants as well as plaintiffs. Donna’s extensive litigation experience afforded her the opportunity to participate in numerous trials, providing her with invaluable experience.

Donna resides in San Marcos, California and works in our Carlsbad office assisting the Texas team with the complex construction defect cases. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and taking walks around the lake.
