The firm is widely recognized for its core competency and work in handling litigation related to construction defect actions, insurance, premises liability, bodily injury and product liability claims.

For over 25 years, Cynthia has represented NASDAQ, NYSE-listed, Fortune 500 companies, governmental entities and policyholders. The firm is also engaged as litigation and trial counsel to defend insureds in multi-party, court designated complex actions, including commercial, mixed use and industrial projects, residential construction, and school districts. The firm specializes in catastrophic loss, traumatic brain injury, and wrongful death claims, including those arising out of construction accidents.
