Bahar joined Team Tarle in December 2022 and practices in the Austin, Texas office. After graduating from UT Austin in 2018, Bahar obtained her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2021.

Upon graduation, Bahar practiced at McElroy, Sullivan, Miller & Weber. There, she handled cases involving some of the biggest state agencies in Texas for the regulation of natural resources, particularly oil and gas, as well as environmental matters. Bahar’s insight on federal and state regulations provide her with a keener understanding of various energy operations and environmental issues that may arise.

During law school, Bahar served as a Senior Editor for the Texas Environmental Law Journal and as Staff Editor for the Texas International Law Journal. She served twice as a student attorney in the environmental clinic and provided pro bono legal aid in Austin and South Texas. Furthermore, she clerked for Lloyd Gosselink Rochelle & Townsend and the Texas Attorney General’s Office in the Environmental Protection and Consumer Protection Divisions. Prior to law school, Bahar served as a judicial intern for the U.S. Supreme Court in the Office of the Counselor to the Chief Justice as a Spring 2018 Archer Fellow.

When not working, Bahar enjoys sketching, playing piano, and spending time with family and friends.
