Alison (Kitchen) Graham joined Team Tarle in 2012 out of the Austin, Texas office and then in 2013 joined the San Diego, California team. She is licensed in both California and Texas and continues to actively practice and support Tarle Law’s multi-state presence.

Alison has a core competency in energy and renewables, as well as the construction industry, defending clients against allegations of defective construction, negligent design, standard of care, breach of contract, statutory violations and product liability. With over a decade of experience in the industry, she is frequently engaged to represent clients in multi-party, court designated complex actions involving commercial, governmental and industrial projects, as well as residential single-family and multi-family dwellings. In addition, Alison is an experienced litigator in consumer law defense.

When not practicing law, Alison enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and flying recreationally with her husband.
