Thomas joined Team Tarle in August 2024 and practices out of Tarle Law’s Carlsbad, California office. He was born and raised in Nebraska and earned a Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Southern California Law Center, where he was an editor of the Southern California Law Review and graduated Order of the Coif. Earlier, Thomas graduated from the University of Nebraska with a B.S. in Finance.
Prior to joining the firm, Thomas earned a broad base of civil litigation experience on both the plaintiff and defense side, including business disputes, consumer law, injury law, and construction defects.
In his free time, Thomas enjoys spending time with his family, following baseball and Nebraska Cornhusker football, reading history and staying physically active.
