Allison Kalis is licensed in Texas and actively practices in Tarle Law’s Texas office. She represents a wide-range including construction industry cases, defending clients against allegations of defective construction, negligent design, breach of contract, and statutory violations.
Allison grew up in Dallas, Texas, before heading south to Austin to attend The University of Texas at Austin for her undergraduate degree. After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin, Allison attended St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. While at St. Mary’s, Allison served as President of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, an international legal society and old legal organization in continuous existence in the United States. Allison was also an active member of St. Mary’s School of Law EAP Mock Trial team, which helped her to hone her knowledge and skill of litigating inside the courtroom.
Allison grew up in a family of attorneys who practiced civil litigation. From a young age, Allison was immersed in the legal world, which helped shape her dreams of becoming an attorney herself. Upon graduating from St. Mary’s School of Law in 2018, Allison entered private practice. Allison has experience in representing plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury issues, focusing on motor vehicle and trucking collisions, medical malpractice claims, DTPA claims, and employment disputes. Since licensed in 2018, Allison has a unique amount of litigation experience for a young attorney and has tried three cases in various Texas counties.
Allison resides in the downtown Austin, Texas area. When she is not working, she enjoys nature while hiking the greenbelt, swimming at Barton Springs, and hanging out with her friends.
