Alison Kitchen

Alison Graham is licensed in both California and Texas and actively practices in support of Tarle Law’s Texas and California offices. She represents a diverse section of the construction industry, defending clients against allegations of defective construction, negligent design, standard of care, breach of contract, statutory violations and product liability. With over a decade of experience in the industry, she is frequently engaged to represent clients in multi-party, court designated complex actions involving commercial, governmental and industrial projects, as well as school districts, residential single-family and multi-family dwellings. In addition, Alison is an experienced litigator in personal injury and premises liability matters, often handling significant exposure complex general liability claims, and has a further defined background in trucking accidents. She frequently works with clients on their business transactional matters, as well as their commercial and business litigation actions.

Prior to joining Tarle Law, Alison practiced in many diverse areas of the law, including Landlord-Tenant, Probate, Family Law and Immigration, providing her a forum to litigate in multiple courts across the State, arguing matters before a wide array of judicial officers.

Alison was competitively selected to be a member of the esteemed Whittier Law Review, graduating cum laude in 2005. She was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in both Criminal Law and Conflicts of Law courses.
