Peter Kerr is an attorney whose practice focuses on litigation, with an emphasis on construction defect and employment litigation. He has litigated matters involving trade secret misappropriation, employer-employee disputes, construction defects, patent infringement, and business torts.

Peter has experience representing major corporations in all aspects of litigation before federal district courts, federal and state agencies, state courts, and in arbitration. He has worked on matters covering a broad range of subjects, with recent cases involving defense of a general contractor against claims of construction defects, discrimination and retaliation claims against an employer, employee non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, licensing of client technology, and defense of a homeowners association in litigation involving its governing documents.

In conjunction with his litigation practice, Peter provides counsel and preventive advice concerning a wide range of federal and state laws and regulations directly impacting his clients. He works to provide his clients with creative, cost-effective solutions to litigation and management issues.

Pete is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is also fluent in Spanish.
